Kachingz
Guide

A budget app that knows Singapore

Kachingz is a budget and expense tracker for iPhone, made in Singapore. It works in Singapore dollars, plans for the festivals you actually celebrate, and logs Apple Pay purchases on its own.

What's really left before payday

Available to spend takes your tracked balance and subtracts the bills due before your next payday and what you've set aside for savings. It's the number to check before a big purchase.

Festive budgets

About four weeks before Deepavali, Hari Raya, Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn and Christmas, Kachingz offers a festive budget on Home. Purchases in the Festive category count towards it, and you can plan ang bao or duit raya packets alongside it, so the celebrations don't swallow the month.

Spending abroad

Weekend in JB, a week in Bangkok or Tokyo: purchases in ringgit, baht, yen or any other currency are converted to Singapore dollars at that day's reference rate, with the original amount shown beneath. If your bank charged a different amount, edit it and Kachingz keeps both.

Logs itself when you tap to pay

An Apple Wallet automation records each Apple Pay purchase with the merchant, amount and card. See how to set it up.

No bank login

Kachingz never asks for your bank details. Your records stay on your iPhone, and there are no ads or tracking.
